Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Free Shipping* – Applies ground shipping on orders in the Continental U.S. Only.  The cost to ship the order to you is paid by Canine Crate Store and non-refundable in the event of a return.
Shipping Methods – Items are shipped via Ground.  Most items ship directly from my suppliers to you.  The service used is typically the service used by the supplier, usually UPS or FedEx.
Express Shipping – Due to the size and weight of crates and kennels, it is very expensive to ship them any other way than by ground.  You may contact us if you would like a quote.
Alaska, Hawaii, APO, and International Shipping – Like Express Shipping, shipment of most products, especially the heavy one is extremely expensive.  Again, please contact us for a quote.
Shipment Times – Shipping times depend on the time of year, proximity to the shipper and other factors.  In stock orders usually ship out within 48 hours.  You should receive a tracking number to track your shipment.  If you do not, please contact us.

Return Policy

Return Authorization Number – Returns must be made within 30 Days.  A Return Authorization Number is needed to make a return.  Please contact us for your Return Authorization Number.
Health and Safety –  For health and safety reasons, returns must be Unused, and in the Original Packaging.  Unfortunately NO EXCEPTIONS can be made to this.
Re-Stocking Fees - A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns and a 30% restocking fee for Pet Gear Items.
Shipping Costs are NON REFUNDABLE – Shipping costs, including those paid by me to ship “Free Shipping” items to you are non-refundable (Please note many crates and kennels are extremely heavy and expensive to ship!)
Damaged Orders – Damaged orders will be replaced at no expense to you and a claim filed.  Please keep all items, and packaging as the shipping companies may inspect the damaged product.
Exchanges – Except for Pet Gear Products, orders may be exchanged for a similar product or different size and have the restocking fee waived.  Shipping costs are still non-refundable, and Pet Gear exchanges still incur the re-stocking fee.
